Joceline on Lori, her friend from college:

Lori on Lauren, her classmate from elementary to high school:

When she chose to go to school in Utah (and consequently, move across the U.S.), my heart broke, and I still miss her here on the east coast. Luckily, there is such thing as Skype, and I also know she’s happy with her adorable husband.”

Lauren on Denise, her childhood neighbor:

“Denise is one of those people who excels at everything she attempts, but never brags about it. Her varied interests include both Jane Austen and Stephen Colbert. She has a weird obsession with media law, a ton of Filipino relatives, and is great at recommending books.”
