Happy Halloween! I’m about to go to bed so this will be quick–here’s my costume from this weekend, which I have to admit I am pretty proud of.
With my roommate, I mean, fellow Chocolate Factory escapee. Top and pants from Goodwill, stripes and suspenders = sports tape, face/hair = paint, spray, bobby pins, and persistence. Almost midget-status height = gift from Nature.
If I couldn’t be me, after this weekend I’m convinced it would be almost as good to be an Oompa-Loompa. When else will random strangers burst into my trademark song when I approach? Or my dancing abilities become awesome instead of awkward, because I’m just a bobbing midget? Needless to say, it was an excellent weekend. And now back to studying!
